Office Functions

  1. Dean's Office Support

    Provide standard IT support for Dean's Office personnel.

  2. College Services

    Provide services and support for college-level services; such as backups and pilot new technologies for faculty, staff, and students.

  3. Student Support

    Provide walk-in, hands-on support for students' personal laptops, and a laptop loaning program.

  4. University Initiatives

    Lead IT Security and Compliance initiatives and oversee IT transformation for the college.

SWAT: FREE ENGINEERING STUDENT COMPUTER SUPPORT OFFICE (Overview)

SWAT (SoftWare Assistance Triage) is our free engineering student computer support office. It offers help with installations, technical support, and has a laptop loaning program for students whose primary laptops are out for repairs.

    Please let your Engineering students know about the support that they can recieve from SWAT. If you are teaching faculty, please use this slide to include in your first day lesson plan to show to students for a quick and easy way of explaining what SWAT is, and the benefits that students can get from using SWAT's services.
